"ENID, Okla. (AP) -- Detectives arrested a 12-year-old girl and her 10-year-old sister on a kidnapping complaint on Thursday after they allegedly abducted their neighbor's 1-year-old son and held him for $200,000 ransom.
I am not sure what I can say to add to this. A 12 year old and a 10 year old. How much you want to bet mom makes excuses for them....

I know of these people as they attend the local kitchen to eat for those with limited incomes, the mother had her kids taken away from DHS several years ago and was given to the Grandmother(Brenda) and step Grandfather(not the father as most news reported) who about year and half ago married Brenda..the mother Stacy has visitation rights to the kids(Shawna, 12yo and Angel 10yo).....the grandparents definitely dont discpline the kids as they are unruly and disrespectful to everyone at the kitchen, so its no wonder they have become juvenile trouble.
